This workshop is for theatre makers, actors and directors who would like to explore the relationship between the body, movement, emotion and text. 

Inspired by the teachings of Lecoq/Laban, the workshop will introduce participants to a range of practical character and scene development techniques. A variety of exercises will encourage participants to move away from the psychological and intellectual approach to text work, engaging in a more physical and imaginative exploration through the body, movement, voice and space.
