Activating a state of self-healing and transformation, bringing flow to your life force energy, attuning to the vision and guidance of your soul, and harmonising and optimising your sacred body vessel.   

We will open with a cacao circle, moving into a kundalini yoga session, then flow into a long sound healing immersion to take you deeper into the process, and to integrate the work in your being. Instruments include gong, crystal bowls, bansuri flutes, mridanga drum, hand pan, guitar, kora, shruti, voice, chimes, rattles and more.  

This is a passage to connect with Spirit and know yourself more intimately.
